I went to the Eyecandy at the V&A waterfront and got threading on my brows, the lady threaded off so much of my brows that I had little razor blades for eyebrows when she was finished and my brows weren't even, even after and to top it off the lady was horrible and so rude to me

Very bad experience. I went to the eye candy located in the V&A waterfront Woolworths in capetown. I went for threading of my eyebrows and I ended up with one eyebrow far thinner than the other. These people are so inexperienced and very expensive for the terrible service. I will never go there again.

Highly disappointed and upset I CHOSE EYE CANDY BROWS INSTEAD OF SORBET! I went to Eye Candy Brows at Sandton City to get my thick brows threaded. I spoke to the specialist that I want them thick with a shape and showed her more than 10 pictures of how I've previously got them- I emphasized so that I wouldn't get disappointed because my brows are important to me- they're part of my face! Instead she still shaped them SKINNY& one brow had a different shape than the other! The store manager noticed how emotional I was and took my details and promised Eye Candy Brows would contact me and compensate me for the mess BUT OF COURSE I HAVEN'T heard from them& I even sent an email with pictures of the mess. I'm highly disappointed& upset my face was ruined! Don't choose this brand CHOOSE SORBET!! It's worth it!

I went to eyecandy Kloof street yesterday to get lash extensions. The woman glued both my eyes together and it took close to an hour before they managed to remove it so I could open them again. I have massive lumps of glue hanging from my lashes and it's scratching my eye balls. Worst part was that they still forced me to pay full price. My eyes are constantly irritated. I'll have to find someone else to remove the glue today and see an eye doctor. Would not recommend to anyone.

I myself am a Lash & Brow specialist so I speak from experience when I write this review! I went down to EyeCandy for a lip & brow Thread a week ago. And am so disappointed in the experience. I had my lip cut and also have come out in a serious break-out all over the threaded area around my lip! Clearly more training is needed and after treatment products need to be revised. Won't be returning anytime soon that's for sure!!!
