  Very large shop with a big selection of books. Unfortunately they didn't have the book I wanted in stock but they could order it.

  Lawrence, the Store Manager is an asset to EB. He welcomes people by name and remembers details. What a wonderful 'face of an important store'!

  Needed some pens that were out of stock at the time. No problem. Was ordered immediately and ready for pick-up within two days. Not my first visit to this shop and most certainly my last. Staff excellent- always friendly and helpful. Great job.

  I think it's a great store as always. I always get what I want, even if it means to pick up the phone and make an order for a book. I'm on my way over there now to fetch a book. Yay!
