Terrible!!! They are such a scam! Sent money via World Remit and they are holding it for some reason. Seems like they move your money around before disbursing it. I have reported World Remit to the Federal Government and hopefully they stop dealing with this scum of a company. They do not answer their calls and are never available! I hope World Remit changes their local partner and stop dealing with these thieves. These people should be shut down honestly.

BE CAREFUL. Absolute rip-off!! They tell you no fees, but the exchange rate spread they charge is very expensive. and thats how they make their money. As an example: Today I wanted to send GBP from the UK to South Africa ZAR, the x-rate that Exchange4free showed me was R20.16 / £1 , but the actual rate in the market was R20.83/£1.

If you shop around at various banks you will see most of them have exchange rate spreads which are much more competitive ( even after their small fees)!!

Will not recommend at all, I wish I could write a more scathing review. These guys are a joke that drops at the wrong time and possibly a scam. Money was send days ago but there's always something wrong with their system and the phone NEVER goes thru no matter what time you call, where can we report such idiots, someone please help.

Is this even a real company? Someone tried to send a payment to my business from Germany. Exchange4Free were unable to provide any company or bank account credentials. It all sounds rather fishy to me. Suffice it to say, I didn't accept that payment. Proceed with this business at your own risk. For me there were just too many gaps.
