  Spartan SME Finance were willing to help me with my businesses finance needs during a time where the bank I have been with for 20 years treated me like a number and pretty much left me out to dry.
  
  Spartan SME Finance are clear and transparent around their requirements from the get go and it was a pleasure dealing with each department as my application progressed. My requirement for finance was very specific and was incredibly time sensitive. The team at Spartan SME Fiance were, and have since, been very willing accommodate me on the time lines required. Running and growing a business means that everything is urgent, all of the time, and the Spartan SME Finance team have an acute understanding of this.
  
  I can safely say that, because of the teams willingness to go the extra mile, my business is in a position where I am not entirely sure it would have been in were it not for Spartan. As part of the application process, it was important that I was able to show a detailed understanding of my business and the industry within which we operate. The Spartan team very quickly understood my needs and it was a great reprieve from the “system” driven assessments that traditional banks base their assessments on. They really took the time to understand all aspects of my businesses needs and went as far as to help me make important strategic decisions that have helped my business in ways that I would never have otherwise considered. The team seems to be a carefully hand picked group of dedicated and understanding professionals that are willing to work with me and my team to take my business to new heights. The process is not one of “jumping through flaming hoops”, but rather one of guided introspection with a team of professional advisors from Spartan who gently advise and guide the process of considering all aspects and angles of a businesses needs; with some flaming hoops here and there 🙃
  
  I am eternally grateful for having found Spartan SME finance, even where our relationship was born from my businesses desperation and a need for funding where traditional banks turned their nose up to us. Their is no mistaking Spartans expectation for transparency and honesty during the process, but once Spartan is comfortable backing an entrepreneur and a business, it is very clear that they take the relationship seriously and almost treat the relationship as one of a partnership with a long term view of success.
  
  I can honestly say that I’ve felt treated with respect and dignity throughout my entire experience with Spartan. I feel completely understood without having to have tried to impress a corperate banker who really doesn’t care about my business or what it needs. Spartan truly does have our backs as entrepreneurs and understands and cares very much. They also won’t hesitate to be candid around any apprehensions they have, but this always comes from a place of caring and from a desire to see South African Entrepreneurs succeed.

  Spartan's application process is efficient and fast. They make a decision quickly and unlock funds when you need it most - letting you get on with the business of doing business. Their staff deliver a level of service excellence that is refreshing. Spartan is a partner to our business, not just a service provider.

  I Have Been dealing with Spartan in excess of 10 years. As a growing entrepreneur I can attribute much of my success to Spartan. Their efficient team have always been available and provided extremely fast turnaround to sometimes unrealistic short deadlines . Found them to be supportive and very understanding to the development of entrepreneurial growth . If you need financial support for growth, you need not look elsewhere. Keep it up Team Spartan!
