Evetech was recommended by a friend. I drove to their offices very excited to speak to an IT specialist about my electronic problem.
Only to be met by someone who made it seem like a chore to assist me.
I hope this was a once-off and next time the staff will show more enthusiasm ( I don't mean sing and dance)for example, they can ask the client what their technical issue are.
What do they need the PC/laptop for?
Perhaps give the client different options and why you recommend each option.
I at least had an idea of what I wanted to get, but not everyone is tech-savvy, next time be more helpful, please people want to be sure that what they're spending their money on will improve their technical needs for a while.response / report this review -

I went to buy a monitor and the service was quick. You have to know what you want to buy as there is no show room. So doing your research from their website is important. There was a short queue, you collect w ticket and wait to be called. Payment is cheaper if you use eft. After paying you will be directed to collect at the collections section of the building. Sometimes there will be a queue but it moves fast.

Received my order. Everything looks great! So far happy with the purchased items, I just feel the purchase support could be a little better. The first day of emails was awesome, quick response no problem. The next day was when chaos ensued and the response times and rate went out the window. Michelle was awesome, quick response, updated the order when something went out of stock on the Monday. Brandon S, could have gotten back to me like he said he would, but it was late so maybe it just slipped his mind.
All in all not the worst experience, but, they do need to work on the internal co-operation, and to get back to client emails at a faster rate.
Other than that, I am happy they resolved my issue and had it delivered the next day.

I'm really impressed by the excellent service I received from Evetech.
I placed my order for a really brilliantly priced graphics card late on a Friday afternoon and received the parcel the following Monday morning.
I got a fantastic quality back pack for free as well.
I'd recommend phoning them for queries as opposed to emailing for faster response.

For any computer needs this should be on your list.
Super selection with custom options and friendly staff to assist.
There online orders and collect system works awesome and there is discount offers on most online item's
As a walk in customer you need a little patience as they get very busy but this too does not take too long. They do have options on delivering to your door as well.

Bought a "upgrade kit"(CPU,RAM,MB) was not working so sent it back, 2 weeks of no communication. Eventually they said that they would send it the next day, A week later they only send it. Although it was missing the IO shield and the CPU cooler.
All of this because there "sets" where not compatible at the time with out future bios updates.
You pay for your service rather pay a bit extra and get decent service.response / report this review -

Will be ordering all my pc requirements from themI researched high and low on pricing for a new gaming keyboard and mouse and they came in way cheaper than the restso much cheaper that I wondered if it was legit. Ordered the items and did EFT and less than a day later I have the productsvery efficient and saved a lot of money. Highly recommend and they have just about everything a gamer could want - all the brands etc.

Stunning spot. The parking as large, the offices massive and the stock insane. They are fast, friendly and extremely thorough - which is what is expected of a place like this.
I have now purchased a number of items through evetech and am happy with every single purchase. They were able to send me an invoice I lost for a 3 year old purchase, which saved me from certain troubles.

I personally really love Evetech! They have amazing prices and their specials are has dropping sometimes - I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to buy anything PC related. The option to go pick up your item at their office is also awesome because then you can get your item even sooner and it just feels like Christmas. If you can't If I it up for whatever reason the you can just use the delivery system that they have in place.

Got all my parts at a very competitive price. Even on Black Friday their standard prices were competitive against specials.
3 months after assembling my PC the H100i V2 Corsair pump I purchased decide to stop working. They gladly sent it to the suppliers and replaced it. Not even 3 weeks later, I got my PC with the new pump.

Evetech's prices are really great compared to other online shops. I had a good experience with them where they matched the price of a laptop that I was interested in. I would of given 5 stars but unfortunately after the purchase their service went a bit downhill. I called twice to inquire about delivery time as I needed the laptop urgently and I was prepared to drive through to Centurion to pick it up. Not once did I get notified or updated about this so it kind of felt like after the sale was done that there was no more need for customer service and no more urgency to keep the customer happy. Took it upon myself to get in touch with the courier and got things sorted out so not really a big deal. A simple (missing) follow up call made the difference between 4 stars and 5 stars.

Friendly sales personnel, talented technicians, good quality hardware and excellent prices. Why would you shop anywhere else for all your computer and component needs? If they can't help you I doubt you'll have much luck someplace else.
I've been back here a couple of times and I plan to return again in future. They might not have as huge a selection of certain items as other stores but they have enough to keep the majority happy.
Buying something is still pain free. The wait isn't always great but even at their busiest they still get to you in a timely manner.response / report this review -

I've bought a few things here, delivery and pick ups. As a IT person I really loved their setup there. Their prices overall is some of the best you'll find and proper quality products as well. They won't overcharge you like some places.
Only reason it's not 5 stars is because the email support guys basically just reply with simple responses or doesn't respond on your entire email.response / report this review -

Best prices I have seen so far with a wide variety of stock. I do see a lot of reviews here complaining about customer service and I have to agree. Every time I have gone in to their shop or tried to communicate electronically they have made me feel like they had better things to do, maybe they did, I don't really care as long as I get what I came for in the end.

Just the WORST service ever!!!When the money shows in their account they want to keep you happy. until your after sales problems quoted from management "not my problem you placed the wrong order!!" no help, no assistance, empty promises, promised delivery of correct stock in 3 days. took them 5 days AFTER A HUGE FIGHT or I would've waited 10 days. I definitely don't recommend this company if you want to be treated as a valued customer.

Fast delivery, took them 2 days to deliver my products. I have had very fast replies back for every email and every query i have sent to them. Evetech has the best prices and deals that i have seen for most of the products that I have bought from them. To me they are simply amazing .I will use evetech again and again .
