  This weekend I had the pleasure of spending at Evergreen Estate for a team-building time. I had been there before for a wedding and remember how stunning the wedding venue is. Well, the chalets and main meeting house are equally stunning.
  We stayed in chalet 1. It was beautifully rustic, spotlessly clean and most comfortable. Our views from the verandah and the rooms were up towards the craggy 'kraans' and watching the morning mist rise from the trees was quite magical. Other chalets have sweeping views over the stunning scenery, whilst others again are enveloped in the trees with a foliage curtain around chalet and verandah, affording a decadent solitude.
  The main house is amazingly luxurious with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and various levels of verandah, offering plenty of seating with beautiful views.
  Besides being a wedding venue, Evergreen is a wonderful hideaway to just re-charge in nature.
