Really bad service. They do not know the definition of "professional". Especially the vehicle licence department, the renewing of vehicle licences. The surrounding of the offices looks more like a squatter camp. One of the biggest problems is the constant water shortages because of no maintenance at all. Potholes are a standard " part" of this very dirty town. The traffic department just get pay every monthnot doing anything about the huge, massive taxi and trolley problem here. It is a shame this " municipality".

Service is not good, especially not the licensing of vehicles section. It takes them per average 20 to 30 minutes per client. I sat there for 2 hours and gave up and went to the post office where I was helped in 10 minutes.
