  Was in Kloof KZN from Johannesburg. Lost my car key. On a Saturday afternoon at a festival. Rashid was responsive. Polite on the phone call, very clear as to what his timelines, cost and procedure is and very responsive on whatsapp. By 12pm on Sunday I had my car unlocked with a new coded key ready to enjoy Sunday lunch with family. He is gold!

  I received excellent customer service and efficiency from the company. The guy on call was friendly and very reassuring in the situation I was in. Highly responsive as well. Would definitely recommend their services.
