I've used Mr Lockey a few times now without any problems, but since I have other locksmiths that are closer to where I reside, I resorted to trying them - the biggest mistake I could ever have made - not only were they more expensive than Mr Lockey, they cut a key for me & it never worked. I took it back to them & they tried correcting it but still it wouldn't work - and this time I had taken the lock with me. They ended up admitting defeat as they couldn't get it right & refunded me my money. I then took the key & lock to Mr Lockey who had absolutely no problem with cutting me a key that worked first time. Lesson learnt was that despite Mr Lockey being further for me to travel, it's well worth it as you know the job is going to be done properly & done properly the first time - and often at a cost cheaper than elsewhere - I'll gladly spend the extra costs against travelling knowing I'm going to get good service.
