  Also I got the same concern, UNISA they don't answer their land line @least they better even PMB UNISA, you don't even know how can you raise your concern if no one answer.

  I received an email and an sms about writing an assessment, no time or venue was stated. I have been trying to call no one answers the phones even at head office, I eventually got through to someone at the PMB campus and she knew absolutely nothing and I was transferred to different people until the call cut. Absolutely disappointing, I havent even started my studies yet and this is the service I get from Unisa . No response to emails and calls are not answered either.

  Absolutely awful, you can never find anybody to assist you and the staff are very rude.
