  Went there 4 times without writing there’s always something wrong with this station. Up to now I haven’t even gotten my license documents not even a document that indicates that I passed and they don’t call or anything.

  The service at this license center is very little to none. Firstly the business hours published on the site from 08:00 to 15:00 is not how they operate. They open when they like and close when they feel like it. They allow applicants to make bookings for the learners test on Saturdays, but their admin office is not on duty. When the applicants pass the learners license test they have to return on Mondays to collect the learners license. They are extremely inefficient. I have never experienced service like this and I have worked with most of the license centers in JHB.

  Shabby and stinky office. The municipalities must maintain and clean their offices. They didn't even have the application forms. Had to go to the internet cafe for the forms. They must connect their landline telephone!

  Rudest stuff ever.
  Cant speak back kindly
  I would rather go out to another dltc then this one
  Just wants bucks to fill them
  Do it the correct way and they can't be nice to you.

  No matter what you are coming here for, expect to wait at least 2hrs to get it done. Staff are absolutely useless and extremely arrogant.

  Very slow. There were not a lot of people in the queue but we were all there for at least 4 hours for a drivers licence renewal

  Not too bad. Staff was helpful. We went there for licence renewal. Took an hour and a half. We booked a time slot. It was quiet not too many people. Small venue. Parked close to entrance. There was a booth outside where we could take photos for the temporary licence.
