To try get hold of the Dr through the receptionist was impossible. 1. Encredibly impatient! What's wrong with you she asks me🤔
2. My medication was causing severe side effects like suicide, she could tell surely I was desperate? Her answer was go book yourself into a clinic or go to ER.
3. She didn't bother to call me back to book an appointment or rather I hope this patient is alive!!

I urge anyone who wants to use his services to do at least some research on his history so that you're prepared for his character.

Basson:
While he is an experienced and intelligent doctor, you might find yourself in a vulnerable position where he uses your ailments against you. In my case he simply ridiculed me for the stress my heart condition causes as well as my lifestyle choices, but I wouldn't be surprised if he acted unethically towards someone else's medical care that could worsen their condition. So proceed at your own risk

His team:
His entire practice is very business orientated instead of focusing on medical care. Ask for quotes and what to expect from an appointment upfront because they will do the absolute minimum in terms of accommodation. Call them before heading in for an appointment because, as it was in my case, they didn't even register my appointment in their system.

Location:
It's not the easiest place to get to and parking seems to be a continuous issue, but it's kept clean and the buildings are well marked.
