  Be very careful to understand the terms of their guarantees. There is always an out in these agreements, which will leave you in the lurge. Its dependent on regular service intervals, for which they charge about 1/3rd of the original job. This is the case even when the guarantee you are claiming is unrelated to the service work. And believe me: you ARE going to need the guarantee.
  Our facia boards started peeling after only one year, for the simple reason that they didn’t bother using a primer of any kind. I was told workmanship only has a 1 year guarantee…so this excuse could then be used on ANY of their work, making their guarantees generally useless. And when they came to repaint these boards, they were planning to do the same thing again! I had to insist several times that they use a primer.
  Our water damp issues have started up again, 1 year later. For this I was told it rained a lot and it takes a very long time for walls to completely dry. I must just touch it up. Nice. Actually its because they didn’t leave it long enough to dry out completely before covering and painting again.
  Our gutters started changing colour after only 1 year and I was initially told its because I don’t wash them. Jup, you read that right.
  In short: I strongly suggest you consider using someone else.

  We made use of the services of Unique Coatings in order to repair and rehabilitate our boundary wall, which had not been treated in many years. The quotation process was professionally done, including all detail, and supplied promptly. The pricing was in line versus other quotes received. Timing schedules of work were agreed, and the job completed without incident. Communication from the company office as well as from the owner himself was very good and accommodating. The job turned out very well, no problems at all.

  Thank you to the team from Unique Roof & Wall Coatings for the excellent service & quality work done at my home. The attention to detail & professionalism is evident in the quality of the final product. We had new seamless gutters, new downpipes & fascias installed right around my house - including repairs carried out on the woodwork.
  The supervisor, Deon, made sure we were happy with the work & explained the process every step of the way.
  I highly recommend Unique Roof & Wall Coatings.

  Really poor experience with Unique Coating, and they still have not finished the job that the committed to. They also increased the quote in the middle of the job by R2000 without showing me what needed to be changed or why it was not quoted in the first place.
  
  They have extremely rude staff (Rudi), who became very aggressive on a call because he wanted payment without the work being checked.
  The work is not complete, and they were informed over 2 months ago and still no resolution. They are now ignoring messages as they promised that it would be resolved as per the job card.
  
  Please do not use this company they are not ethical and don't care about customer relations.
  
  PS, also noticed that employees (Johan Venter) are reviewing the company, surely to increase their Google rating
