As a family who hardly gets sick we always find ourselves on the Self Medication counter & from those ladies over the counters smiles + the cashiers the whole shopping experience is always pleasant.

They don't answer phones

They don't answer their phones and when you call customer care they say that there is a problem with the lines. So I went to the store and stood at the help desk and called the number and guess what the phone rang but still no answer. So I asked the staff sitting there don't you hear the phone ringing ? Yes they said but they are very busy and can't transfer from there so they don't answer. So I went to Clicks and got excellent service there.
