  Really, really nice
  
  I have been doing research on some SA sites and found that your prices were better, and offered the most amount of information. Although skeptical at first, I tried the your site and received great service and ordered my most precious gift. When I got the ring, along with the certificate, I was so happy... you got to try these guys out..

  Engagement rings should not be this much of a hassle.
  Ring came two weeks later than expected at first.
  On arrival ring had stone missing. Took it to local Jewelers who was stunned at the fact that a new ring was in this condition. Claws were broken off and there were more stones loose.
  Had to pay over R300.00 to courier the rang back to them to fix their own fault.
  Ring was four sizes to big, and warranty only covers 3 sizes. so still had to pay an extra R450.00 for the extra down size.
  Asked them to send invoice and received nothing, only after I followed up again, 2 days after, they "resent" invoice. and they refuse to start work on the ring unless the payment has been received.
  Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this company. Pretty rings but just way to much of a hassle.
