I am really disappointed with the service at this center. My mother had to be turned away from the center three times when she went to collect her passport! 1. She used her money for transport to and from the center and she has to take 2 taxis to get get there and to be turned back. 2. The telephone number she was given to call and check whether the system is working or not was unanswered, we tried calling several times to check if she can go or not but there was no answer, and she decided to go there and to be turned away by the security officers. As a result she has to forfeit the moneys she paid for the trip she wanted to use the passport for! 3. I wonder who is liable to pay for the transport costs? I am really disappointed with the service and wish they can improve and put the Batho Pele principles as expected.
