Have had problems ordering by phone unfortunately. Once, didn't arrive at all. Most pizzas covered with too sweet 'debonairs sauce'.

They don't really follow instructions too well when you order online, so it's best to keep it simple. Otherwise no complaints.

Useless. Waste of time. Don't even bother! Rather just cook your own pizzas at home. They will lose your order or you will have to phone the call Centre 5 times with no success because the store never answers. Three times we've ordered and they just don't pitch and EVENTUALLY when you get through to them on the phone they say they are closed.

Pathetic Service
We ordered pizza via the online service offered. Delivery of our order took an hour and a half, yet we are a mere 10 minutes away from the store. I ordered a chicken pizza and got a something meaty pizza. I do not eat pork or beef. We called the manager to complain and he said he will call us back. We never got a call back or a replacement pizza. We had to physically go into the store the next day to get a refund and return the pizza. This is the worse service I have ever received.response / report this review -
