Pretty much the food and turn around time is good yet the staff always seem to look away when you come to the counter as if they don't want to assist you.. probably sitting on the internet on the till pc's as I once heard the young coloured chap mention to his colleague

Terrible service. Ordered online in January. Haven't received delivery to date. They always can't cope. They only answer calls for orders and not when you select query option. Pizza is usually dry and I have waited more than one and a half hour for delivery and I am only 2km away. I wont order again.

Asked for BBQ sauce as an extra. It never came. I also asked to bring the card machine but the cashier cut the call so she never got my request. The driver didn't know how to use the card machine and had to keep going back to change the machines out till it eventually worked.
