Always delivers fresh pizza and very efficient with online orders

Mostly order pizza from here when exams are keeping me too busy to cook. Delivery is free which is a pleasant bonus and the food is decent. Not the greatest pizza in the world, but you can't really expect amazing pizza from a franchise. Still, the delivery drivers are always friendly and I love that I can order online and keep doing what I'm busy with.

Pizza is consumable.
I ordered a standard size, looks more like a small.
When the delivery guy arrived the pizza had a black dot.
Delivery guy did not know which was my pizza in his load, and kept on opening other people's pizzas looking for mine.
They said it would arrive in 45 min and it did, this is pretty decent considering it was the last Friday of the month.
You literally have to call this Debonairs a number of times before they answer your call.response / report this review -

Telephone order was a challenge! I think we often underestimate the importance of a first impression on the telephone it's a look into the efficiency of the operations. It can create confidence in the business or lack thereof And in this case I was concerned the order would come back incorrect🙈
