Ordered food a fishaways and directly got in line for steers with just 2 guys in line in front of me. Anyway my food for the fish arived before the female behind the counter would serve me she stood talking not knowing what she was doing for over 18 minutes. TERRIBLE!!!!! Will never even think of these crappy burgers again

Waited 1 hour for my meal too come. It came and they forgot to include my drink. Waited another 20 minutes and got my drink. Opened the bag my meal was in to find it wasn't what I ordered.Now I have to wait again for my proper order to come. Just poor service. My advice is to close down or maybe if it's not to much to ask..improve your restaurant and it's employees..

Relatively good for fast foods in the town. Delivery tends to be quick, however there tends to be issues when food is not delivered. One needs to call numerous times before the call goes through. Keep record on database so less time calling on future occasions. Patty's sometimes dry.

Normally get good service when I go to Steers for fast food however my orders take long to arrive (compared to how long I wait for a meal to be made when I'm there it shouldn't take an extra 30~60 minutes to arrive)
