Very condescending sales lady that talked down to me as a potential client worse that you would to a five-year old. Also took my details with a promise to get back to me with technical info re a Ford I was interested in, but that she as an authorised Ford sales lady had no clue about. HUGE SURPRISE: She NEVER got back to me!!
