I ordered some plates and glasses The lady told me that they will load it first thing in the morning and bring it to my venue I had to phone them to ask where the stuff was numerous times I told the lady my party STARTS AT 11:00 they kept saying we are almost there at 12:39 they called and wanted to deliver!!!! What???? Sis horrible service!!!
