Had a wonderful time found the staff very good nothing was too much trouble for them. When you asked them they would sort it out straight away. I was impressed by the reception every one was friendly. It was nice and peaceful we had a good rest just what we needed. Thank you for the wonderful time. Maureen and Jasper Sandow unit 6

I was fortunate enough to stay in one of the 8 sleeper mountain lodge units, and the place is magnificent. Such a great view and so peaceful. We had misty weather on Friday and Saturday which meant we could enjoy the fireplace and spend some quality time inside. Loved the place. I will definitely go back again.

Everything about Crystal Springs is great, including the weather. The mountains are beautiful and it's wonderful to experience a misty area that way, just be prepared for it that's all.

This place is a hidden gem!!! If you do go, try and stay in the apartments as you will have your own braai area on your deck facing the mountains. You wont be disappointed. The rates are fair as well.

It was the most enjoyable stay. The staff is very professional and goes that extra mile for the guests. They are always friendly. The grounds and the units are immaculate and renovations and upgrades are done all the time. I would recommend Crystal Springs to anyone.
