Convenient location. Disappointing service

Dropped off a bike (for a family member ultimately paying the bill) and did not have a good experience. As many of my reviews will note, I may be on a student budget, but that doesn't mean my spending power is any less diminished in certain circumstances.

I may not look like I am going to drop money in the store (which I certainly will one day when done studying) but I was there on behalf of someone else with no problems spending money at the store.

I was ignored for 5 minutes or so and although I requested that very specific things, and those only be looked at on the bike being handed in, the bill payer received a call highlighting unrelated and frankly unnecessary work to be done.

The staff treated me as if my business was not good enough and that they knew infinitely more on bicycles than their customers. Knowledgable they may be, arrogance is unnecessary though.

Neither myself nor the bill payer shall be returning.
