Difficult to make a booking for a service - can't help me without the VIN. Do you know all your vehicle VINs? Just proves that BMW don't do business with customers they do business with numbers.

Called back with the VIN. Service adviser busy so they took my name and number and said I'd be called back in a few minutes. 24 hours later I'm still waiting.
