This morning I attempted to return a empty 9Kg gas cylinder that I purchased, including a required deposit, last year from this establishment. The 3 people on duty in the shop refused to refund me my deposit on the empty bottle return. I produced the receipt of the purchase.
It was stated by them that clients are not entitled to a refund on cylinder returns.
Please share your refund policy on the deposit urgently.
8 DAYS have passed since my complaint with a response from the "owner" in which it was stated that the retail management team would get in touch with me on the issue. An automated e-mail message stated that i would receive a response within 8 to 24
hours. Still not a word from the team.
So much for customer service from Sasol Shocking to say the least..
Still no reaction about a deposit when a customer returs an empty gas cylinder. Date today, 20 Feb 2021.response / report this review -

What excellent service I received this afternoon from Sasol when I went to pour petrol on my last cent and the kind owner who took out his wallet and paid for my petrol of R100. I was teary all the way to fetch my soon I still can't believe that there are still good people out there. God bless him with many more where he took from and his entire family. Thank thank you for the the excellent service..

I am trying to get hold of shop but no numbers work on the internet and no one is phoning back after giving my cell phone number to let me know when car is washed and ready for collection

Very bad customer service inside the shop by the cashiers especially a lady by the name of Rati. However the petrol attendance are well mannered and customer centric. No management was on site to assist with my concerns. Sadly will not support them again.

Went there to wash two cars mine and my son's my son was asked to park under the Sasol sign and wait while the supervisor allowed 4 other cars in between us? When I complained to him about this he told me that he wasn't going to wash our cars so I demanded my money back and told the owner that he would never see me again ! I'm totaly disgusted at the way we were treated.
