Staff have no idea what they are talking about. I came in asking for assistance with a HDD that I had wiped by mistake which would not allow me to boot into Windows. They then went on to tell me my HDD had died which I knew was not the case. In other words, they're just trying to make a quick buck out of people. If you have any issues with your PC go to Wootware Computers, also located in somerset west.

Rube behaviour. Don't waste your time or money here. They do not need it. Lack lustre service attitude in the IT department especially from a older male staff member with oversized spec's. Go to Naxlav down the road. Younger friendlier service. I came right with Naxlav with professional help great service with a smile and various options to fix my problem.

This is just a humble thank you to the team at Complete Office for standing by us. tourismZA is a specialist online marketing company where, amongst other things, we coordinate real-time, online bookings for guest houses. Our computers crashed! Complete Office solutions had us up and running by the end of the same day!

1. We are an insignificantly small client to them - we were bumped to the front of the que.

2. Despite the fact that we do not have credit facilities in place - they stood by us on the strength of a deposit and a promise that we would be good for the balance

So far I have been very dissapointed with the service from this Company. I asked for a simple extender to be installed into my house but it simply doesnt do what it;s supposed to do. Neither have I had a response from the techician who installed it when I queried various things that were not working. I will keep trying to get them to respond in the hope that they can actually fix the problems.

Great service with fast results. O haven't had a bad experience through these guys. Only criticism is that the manager (I assume) is a bit too pushy which can make things a bit awkward and frustrating. But I would recommend to anyone wanting a computer looked at for any reason

If tou have any issues with your PC go to Wootware Computers not to far from where this is.
