Beware! They tried to stop us from taking our things out of our store, even though we were paid up because "The horrible people in SoMerset West" have cheated them and run out without paying. They literally refused for our truck to leave with our goods unless we paid a month's rent in advance even though we had never missed a payment for months, they had a signed contract from us and all our details. Lorenzo was very rude and unreasonable and so was his secretary. We were made to feel like common criminals. Worst customer experience of my life. Joburg owners making money off of SoMerset West clients and treating them like dirt.
