  The best service yet I ever received from the pharmacy. Being away from home, ending up with an eye infection at some weird doctor, who prescribes something that has been out of stock for many months with no alternatives available. Found that out the hard way, visiting 4 pharmacies and calling another 2.
  So, ended beyond frustrated at Clicks where Noel Padayachee was so considerate and helpful, called other pharmacies, asked around, and once understood how desperate the situation was, went our of the way and found the best possible solution.
  I know it is all about ppl, so I truly wish that guy a great success and best career growth.

  Stores seems to be in a mess. You not sure where to go and how to find your way around. The queues at the till point are exceptionally long. The 'queue here' sign was placed at the end of the till point. Becomes confusing for first time shopper. No express till for few items. Staff can be more helpful and friendly. Stood at the wrong end of the till point with one item for a while before I enquired and was informed accordingly.

  I have just spent R2900 in the store and there was no trolley available to carry my stuff. The security guard chose to publicly shame and embarrass me by taking all my packets out of the two basket trolley and dumping them in my hands to his great amusement and my and my mum's embarrassment. This should included 18 rolls of toilet paper that I then had to carry through gateway to my parking. A similar incident happened at clicks in South coast mall and I complained to no effect. Why can't the store either have trolleys available or assist the customer by fetching a trolley from a nearby store. Why do they choose the option of humiliating customers instead?

  I have had no issues with Clicks Gateway.
  Always got what I needed.
  Maybe there should be more floor staff though.

  Extremely poor telephonic services. I called 4 times, staff would pick up the
  phone and not answer and then hang up. I eventually managed to get through and asked to chat to the manager who was Grace, I was told to hold on and then they hang up again.
