We had a Clear Water Pool put in by Pool Proud, Margate in January 2017. What a disaster from both companies. Within a month holes, bubbles, folds appeared. Eleven months later not a thing has been done and Shaun Tapson has been MOST rude, threatening and unhelpful, ending calls before we even have a chance to finish our conversations. What a waste of money. Don't EVER use Pool Proud, Margate KZN!

I had a pool installed 3 years ago by the Boksburg branch. They since closed. I needed to have repairs done on the shell and contacted Marie from Clear Water Witwatersrand. She was extremely helpful and together with her efficient team had the crack fixed within a week. Excellent service and response. You can find her contact details under the PTA area. I would recommend her franchise any time.

Die diens wat ons gekry het met die mense is pateties. As ek julle raad kan gee kyk asb eers vir ander swembad mense voor julle hulle gaan gebruik. Ons het ons kontrak in November geteken en die swembad is eers in Januarie klaar gemaak. Nou is daar vlekke orals die swembad se pomp wil nie werk nie ons wag al vanaf Maart dat iemand moet uitkom en dit word ook nie gedoen nie. Asb mense julle gaan julle tyd mors met hulle.

I put in a pool in the beginning of 2014 through Clearwater pools and paid cash for it but this company was unprofessional in fitting the pool, which we eventually sorted out. now, 1 year later, cracks have appeared around the edge of the pool and although I contacted them in the beginning of June to assist me, they have still not made any further contact to even look at the damage. they have my money, I must live with the consequences even though I am still under warranty
