  Tucked at a corner in the beautiful Clarins,my experience was amazingly awesome. Great customer service experience in a long time, I am definitely coming back.

  What a FABULOUS experience!! My husband and I booked a full day spa and accommodation. The food exceeded all expectations, the treatments were some of the best we have ever had, and the staff were friendly and accommodating!! Would definitely recommend this spa!

  Terrible experience!!! Booked a full day spa treatment and wasn’t even offered welcome drinks or a light meal/snack. The bedding and toweling was filthy and I was expected to carry my own belongings from one room to the next. The therapists paid no attention to my request for no nail polish. After asking her to remove the nail polish that she put on she did not buff my nails as I had asked. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Treatments are below standard and they should not be in operation.

  Thank you for a great experience. We started off with a foot scrub, going onto a hot stone massage. The staff was awesome, and very helpful with booking over email. The establishment has beautiful views.

  I was there on Saturday afternoon. Worse experience I have ever had in my life. My body is in so much pain. Most unprofessional therapist. They don't even fill out a form with the client about health concerns or details. We waited a while for our treatment to be done. TERRIBLE!

  My sister and I enjoyed extended treatments by Tshidi and Mahente. The tranquil atmosphere, combined with lovely music in a comfortable room, offered us everything we had hoped for. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
