  Such excellent home made afrikaans kos! Oxtail was succulent and delicious! Great atmosphere, friendly staff and a beautiful view of Clarens Mountains on their deck! Must visit!

  Good South African inspired menu with a lot of red meat options. Food is well prepared and servings are generous. Can recommend the oxtail. The deck offers a lovely view of the mountains. Service is good with fast and friendly staff. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served.

  The food was good, we expected a bit more. The prices also went up from the previous menu. We got a good amount of meat for the prices you pay. The vegetables are very tasty. Very good staff and friendly service.

  What friendly service from management and staff. Although they were fully booked for new years eve, they made a plan for us. The food and drink was excellent and I will definitely be back.
  The Highland Brew is a very nice craft beer

  Great food but very little for vegetarians. Salads don't count as vegetarians want to eat something different too.
  Tried some different craft beers here. All pleasant.
  Service was very good with a very friendly waiter.
