The staff are really friendly, sometimes they run out of stock on some items. But generally the tills are fast, everything is priced correctly and the store is clean and well stocked. I recommend going here if you are looking for a affordable shopping experience.

I bought a box of rainbow frozen crumbed chicken pieces only to find out that the chicken had spoiled. On return to Checkers I had no apology for the inconvenience or communication with regards to the way forward. The staff have no idea on customer relations. My domestic worker is also having an issue with a money transfer that she has done for her daughters wedding dress. The pin and reference was entered incorrectly and now she cannot recover her money. Checkers Management is giving her the run around. Make her wait for 2hrs never to return. Disgusting service Checkers!

The store could be a lot cleaner. Looks like it needs a revamp. Staff not always available to assist.
