A halaal restaurant so there is no alcohol served. A comfortable place to take the whole family. Fantastic nachos. Sadly everything is covered in the same BBQ sauce, from chicken burgers to T-bone steak.

Delicious food, always! Owners always welcoming and friendly and ensure excellent service and food. Was just told that they have closed down! Really sad to hear and wish them all the best in their future ventures. This place will most certainly be missed by many, many people!

The BEST RJ's I have been to so far The food was excellent, the steak was absolutely divine The portions are generous, well worth the price They have a prayer area which is quite nice Also the kiddies play area keeps little ones entertained while you wait for your food to be prepared Great atmosphere and excellent service I will definitely be visiting again :) :) :)

Great ambience, lively and warm. Heaters provided for the chilly, evenings. Waiters are friendly and informative. Meals are generously portioned and served with care and cleanliness. Wheelchair accessible and very accommodating to a customers needs and requirements. This restaurant comes with high recommendations.

Great steak. Lots of options, a very nice warm environment for a meal. A good place to take the family if you have kids as there is a play area. Also located in a good area.

Had a birthday supper for our friends. 17 of us with kids. The management accommodated a reservation for us despite they don't do reservations. Thumbs up for that. Kids always has a blast in play area and the child-minders are so patient. Food was served hot and no compromise on quality & taste. A great venue with great friends and great memories made. Thank you for your hospitality, RJ's Florida Road.

Small request to make a proper size salaah facility to accommodate patrons.

Was absolutely disgusted. Ordered chocolate milkshake for my grand daughter and was told theybdont have glasses . Waiting for someone to complete their drink before making the milkshake. I happèned to walk past the kitchen and found the waiter rinsing the glass under a tap.

Loved my meal steak was good comfortable atmosphere..was a bit disappointed with the malva pudding as it was not available with custard did come with ice cream i did not like the ice cream it was not milky ..would have preferred a creamy ice cream ..i feel the malva would have been better with warm custard to soak in to the cake ..

Being regulars at RJ's Florida Road, we met yesterday, Wed 26 Oct 2017, to have their famous Ribs again. However, we noticed that the Wed Special equivalent was replaced by a much higher 'special' - from R119 to now R189. Anyways, can't put a price on good food, right, so we ordered. The food arrived, presentation was good as always, but the ribs contained more bone than meat this time, so I made the waiter aware and he fetched another. This was just as bad of not worse, as this time most of it was fat. 1 of the bones, I didn't even touch as there was no meat on it, just a well garnished bone. I finished the meal, was still hungry, as half the plate remained with the fatty bits. We called for the Manager, 3 times before he arrived, ad dismissed the quality as the chef being too busy. I'm not sure how that adds up. In short I was far from impressed. I'm not sure if the Manager is the owner or not, but he displayed that typical Muslim restaurant owner attitude of I don't really care - I'm the boss. I won't be going back in a hurry, which is sad as their other menu items were very good. The owner needs to be reminded of the once famous Spur restaurant on Argyle Road not too long ago that closed down because of poor product.

First time at RJ's. The experience was great and our waiter Andy was very knowledgeable and informative about the menu. His suggestions were excellent and the food was divine. The Chicken Nachos was excellent. The store has great specials on a daily basis including the Sunday buffet. A place not be missed. The store was quite when I attended. Limited parking on premises.
