Worst service that Checkers could introduce is the "60 minute" delivery service. Not only do their motorcycle drivers have no regard for road traffic rules and users, they own the right of way to fill their trolleys in the store with their orders.
It is not a pleasure to shop @ Checkers ArconPark anymore.

The shop experience is excellent but the car park is not safe. There must be included security cameras and pay park to eliminate car theft.

This one of the better checkers stores I have come across. It is quite clean and well laid out. It is fairly easy to shop if not too crowded. The convenience of online shopping and delivery is a sure step up. There are days when the fruit & vegetables section is not so well managed, but most of the time it is of very high standard.

I have never seen such incompetence in my life! Managers who cannot explain as to why their pharmacy dispensary isn't demarcated and they make you wait in lines for more than 15min only to tell you when you reach the till that you are in the wrong queue🤬

Security's attitude is "*#@&!
You are not allowed to walk out with your 3 basket trolley. When you get to the exit they want you to go back and get a big trolley and pack all your groceries over. There is NO signs put up for the pyblic to see that they are not allowed to take the 3 basket trolley out to the carpark. Management need to address this A.S.A.P or else they are going to have a big fight on their hands.

From fresh fruits and veggies to fresh meats and bakes.They provide great variety in every section you can think of .Its very clean and modern.There is an pharmacy aswell that provides great service.The tills do not have to long waiting period. The food they prepare daily looks delicious i have not yet tried them myself tho.

Service. Service. Service.

Staff need to be trained in this area. They are unfriendly or just ignore you. Don't be surprised if someone just turns their back on you and walks away when you ask where the coffee filters are.

A good selection of great products and produce. But I would rather buy an overripe banana from a friendly grocer than buy a perfect one from checkers.

This checkers has the most friendliest service. I lost your phone in the store and was panicking but the staff were very helpful with finding it. All of them were hands on and very helpful while still continuing to help other customers. This , in my opinion, is the best display of putting the customer first that I've ever seen.

Other than that the products are of high quality and the produce the freshest! They honestly have everything you need. No joke. 😊😊

Usually a very nice place to shop but with renovations it's been cramped, dusty and noisy. You will literally find dust on the items you buy. Grinding, tiling and painting being done as you walk around the place. It will be worthwhile in the long run, however, not a good experience in the meantime.
