Horrible place. They never have anything in stock. The staff are rude and unpleasant, and the food is just as bad

27 Feb 18h49 - Purchase.
I was so disgusted with the incident that took place while waiting for my order. Customer worked in to return what I guess was the wrong order given to them. The counter lady took the box from the customer and replaced it with the correct order. The same returned order was placed next to other orders going out. I then kept my eye on that returned order while the counter lady handed out other orders in front of me. When my order was called out, I was horrified to see the counter lady handing me the same box which was returned by the other customer.
I immediately refused to take the order from her since I viewed this as a major food safety incident. How do you give a paying customer food that was returned by someone else???
This is the last time I buy food from Meyerton KFC. Utterly disgusted customer🤢🤢🤢🤢response / report this review -

Waited over an hour for food and the chicken was too oily. Won't recommend anyone to use this kfc. Under staffed or their processes is just terrible. I could gone for sit down in restautant that would have been faster. Wont see me soon again. Not the first time i had to wait long at this kfc. Terrible terrible terrible meyerton kfc sucks

How is it possible that there is no chicken available on a Sunday morning!
Visited the Meyerton KFC this morning @ 10.30 am only to be told there is a 20 minute wait for the chicken!

I bought a summer lunch box combo and they charged me extra for a cold drink (which should come with the combo) because their machines weren't working. I wasn't impressed.
Apart from that, the general service was great, the bathrooms were clean and the food was delicious.response / report this review -

Useless. Doesn't have chicken after 20:00, never answers the phone and drive through takes 1 and a half hours. I drive to three rivers instead of ordering here. wish there was negative stars for this place
