  Cecilia did my hair and makeup for my wedding in January 2020 and I was blown away from the get go. I live in Australia so when I first met her at my trial close to our wedding date she was so warm and welcoming I felt like I was talking to a friend. She listened to every bit of my wants and needs and understood exactly how I wanted my hair & makeup to be, whilst providing invaluable advice and feedback along the way. On my wedding day she was amazing, my makeup lasted the whole day and my hair was perfect. Definitely recommend Cecilia Fourie and I would use her again in a heartbeat if I lived in Cape Town!

  We were so lucky to have Cecilia and her amazing team do the hair and makeup for my bridal party. I live abroad and she was really responsive on email before the event and always replied within a very timely manner. I was really pleased I was able to do a makeup trial in advance which I would highly recommend for any bride.
  Her team were super professional and made-up the ladies beautifully on the day. I was really impressed with the teams timing and coordination and everything ran so smoothly. They asked all the right questions about what we liked and didn’t like and touched up things that we wanted done differently. They are also just lovely people, warm and caring with great senses of humour, which added to the whole experience of us getting ready. Thank you so much Cecilia!

  Cecilia and her team were so wonderful! From helping us to choose a package that suited our bridal party, right through the bridal trial day and the Big Wedding Day on 31 August 2019, Cecilia provided the perfect balance of warmth, a great sense of humour and professional service!
  
  My mum, mum-in law, four bridesmaids and I all looked stunning in our own way. The team had no trouble dealing with our various hair types, textures and skin tones - everyone looked stunning! Cecilia and team made sure we were all comfortable with our specific hair and make-up looks, and adjusted the intensity of each lady's make-up to suit our unique taste and complexion.
  
  When we had no idea what to do, Cecilia even helped us with my veil! They made us feel at ease and I can honestly say that I was not stressed at all on my wedding day.
  
  I would definitely recommend Cecilia. She is time-efficient, knows her stuff and with her theoretical knowledge (and wide collection) of different products she will be able to look after any bride and bridal party well. It is obvious that she is a great teacher and passionate mentor to other upcoming H&M artists.
  
  Lastly, to any other international brides looking to book a hair and makeup artist in SA: it was a bit of a worry for me to choose a Cape Town service provider from Australia, too. However, her communication was clear and professional via e-mail, she answered queries promptly and this all put me at ease that she would deliver on the day, which she did.

  I booked Cecilia for my wedding last November and she was simply amazing. In the lead up to the wedding we discussed what I was looking for make up wise and what would work with my features. This look came out better than I could have imagined. When I struggled with hair choices, she was so supportive in helping me find a hairstyle that matched what I had in my mind. On the day, her and her team were super friendly and professional and made quick (yet exquisite) work of the 7 of us who were lined up for hair and make up. I just loved the look that she created. Cecilia, thank you so much for your support leading up to and on the day. You made the prep time very easy and relaxed which I will always appreciate. Stef x
