A little bit of Midlands magic. Built near river it's beautiful scenery is wonderful to the eye.
Its an antimate space for the whole family to enjoy. You do feel a sense of being out of town. The pace is relaxed and the food quality good. It's a definite must try.

Exquisite setting, especially when the river is in full force. Just note that they do not serve food throughout the day.. The kitchen closes between breakfast and lunch, but they still do coffees during the down times. Attentive and friendly service.

Wonderful country atmosphere, with alfresco or indoor dining options available. Enjoy the sound and views of the waterfall from the deck. On occasion great selection of music gigs as well.

Food was great. Service was quick and efficient. Better to visit for lunch on a clear day. The deck seating overlooks the waterfall and stream.

Great food. Live music by mill sessions. The owners are amazing and down to earth music lovers. The staff are happy and cheerful everyone I'm there.

Totally horrible experience. Walk in at 12.20 and was shown to a table. Then told to wait until their meeting was over. Waited for 20 minutes and not even a drink was offered. Their meeting was just them sitting around laughing. Ended up walking out-absolutely ridiculous. Ended up going to La Lampara just down the road which is excellent.

Sat down for a late lunch to be told the kitchen closed an hour earlier. However, the table next to us had hamburgers served. Obviously not big on keeping the customer happy.
