What a crazy experience i had here . I wanted to buy a pair of running shoes , three sales people helped me at the same time confusing me and talking over me . I decided on buying the pair that i liked costing an arm and a leg as always at cape union mart . Then as soon as i said i will take this pair of shoes the three sales people started fighting over who sold me the pair of shoes 😮 . The one guy went crazy pulling the box out of the other guys hands , then it got heated and they started insulting eachother . REALLY ?????? They made me feel bad for buying the shoes , i used to like visiting the shop but now i just avoid it all together .

I would like to thank Ashley who attended to my query and purchase on line of a jacket for my granddaughter and who guided us through the process of purchasing a voucher in order to obtain the jacket in stock and have it couriered to us as the "on line" site did not have her size.
He went out of his way to assist. Thank you Ashley

Great service from staff. The hiking boots I needed was not available locally. Sales person, Anele, managed to source it up country, kept me regularly informed of the delivery progress, and called me as soon as it was available. All I had to do was give him my number. Awesome service.

On Monday I came into this store to look for a fitbit charger sold separately. Although this isnt done, the staff did everything in their power to make sure i could get a charger separate to the fitbit. I went to about 6 other places and they were the only ones willing to go the extra mile to help me Although at the end, we couldnt find one, they did call their other stores. I am so grateful for the service and willingness to help. You guys are AWESOME! I thankfully found one through a friend but you guys still made my day.

The worst service I've ever had in a long time. I walk up to to the shoes and start searching for shoes in my price range (I'm a student so I can't afford everything they have). One of the workers there walked up to me and asked if he could help me. I said yes, I would like affordable shoes. He looked at me and walked away laughing.

I will never go back to that branch. I had much better service at Canal Walk branch! Their service was amazing!
