The staff are friendly, but don't always seem trained well or knowledgeable when you need advice. I also ordered a GoPro Battery and after two years of them not coming back to me, I decided to give up on them. Their products are also expensive and too often there are many limitations to their materials, e.g. don't wash this with fabric softener and don't iron that. Of course they will be quick to offer you their washing product as an alternative - but always expensive
