  Great experience i had with eltel/cacell in Sandton city store as they helped me get my new Samsung s8 and set it up for me. I am happy and i will recommend everyone to go visit them if you appreciate good service and great prices.

  I ordered a Samsung A8 phone for CaCell. Just before delivery they told me that the phone is giving problems and would rather give me a J7 Prime as the specifications are also better. CaCell indicated that they are willing to give it to me at the same price. When I later checked their website the sold it for a R1800 cheaper than what I paid for the A.8 They did not respond to my e-mail and when I phone it was apparently as promotional price on the J7. Did not get a refund of the difference. I will not buy from this company as they cannot be trusted.

  I was sold a second hand iPhone 6s as brand new. Phone started giving hassles after 3 months. Then noticed imei number on the phone did not match the box. In January the phone switched off completely. CA Cell says that the phone was tampered with and they will not be responsible . I confirmed with Apple that the was had another owner so how can the seller claim that i tampered with it. They also confirmed CA Cell IS NOT APPLE ACCREDITED. Case of fraud opened against CA Cell. RIP OFF COMPANY.

  Sony C4 died after 10 months of use due to hardware fault. Seller refuse to honour warranty.
