I was there on Saturday and I got the worse service ever, the consultant seemed very uninterested in helping us, told us to go around and look for the dress ourselves. we didnt even know where to start coz we dont know the store arrangement.

Great customer service. Great selection of wedding gowns, bridesmaids dresses, mom of bride and groom outfits and dresses for special occasions. Great bridal accessories too.

Friendly staff and loads of suits to choose from. Can't review the bridal section as I have never been there. But the eurosuit section is outstanding.

I really cannot complain about the Rivonia branch - the staff have really been going out if their way to assist me in finding the right dresses - similarly the Canal Walk is doing wonders for me. I won't say I wouldn't like them to serve sparkling wine to make it a bit more of an experience, but that is just being picky.

We will never go here to hire anything again. It's happened 3 times already where they either lose the suit, give the wrong thing upon collection or have the sizes completely wrong! It's not even like they are inexpensive so rather pay the same or a bit more somewhere else to get something decent without the stress.

We bought my daughter's matric dance dress there. They have a good variety of dresses. The staff were helpful and friendly and the after sales service was great (alterations, etc)

It goes without saying that when you are planning a wedding you need all the help you can get. I got a lot of help from some very special ladies from Bride and Co. Portia, Nana, Lee-Anne and Gerdine, you ladies were awesome I could not have done this without you. My day was perfect and you helped make it happen in the time that we have been working together. You were patient and so helpful and got things done.
