Took my vehicle in for service they did an inspection and didn't pick up the calipers were operating incorrectly. Wasn't sure what was special about CMH group and now I'm certain i don't know what's good about them

Terrible experience, poor workmanship and no attention to detail, vehicle not washed properly and service book not stamped, vehicle broke down on the way home after a service

EXTREMELY Poorly managed with PATHETIC SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
The sales team do not talk to each other, cars get sold without warning there are other potential buyers.
No matter how many phone calls you make and arrangements with your salesman, due to the lack of communication, your choice can go at anytime. That to me shows poor management and terrible customer service.
At no stage was I requested to make a deposit or any other details. Arrangement was made to view the car and sign paperwork, when you arrive there, no paperwork is printed for you.
