Terrible experience with the actual fresh stop shop, service is disgusting. We went in to do a return as our driver had purchased the incorrect snacks and the cashiers were so rude told us we making their jobs hard and we must tell our drivers what we want and the lady was clicking the tongue and looking away and it quite a scene for a return. Then she called her manager and she also asked us why and seemed very annoyed with us aswel. Then we got our refund and the goods we wanted, came back to pay, my colleague and i went to separate tills to pay and both cashiers were being rude, we asked for slips as we were not buying snacks for colleagues at the office and they never gave us and pretty much ignored us, then we needed to buy airtime for another colleague and we did not know you had to go to a machine for airtime, went to the machine which displays ,ask the cashier for change, went to the cashier and the manager is standing next to them and they just ignoring me and having a conversation while i'm asking for change. Gosh i have never been to a store where they pretty much treat you like a criminal for a return. Totally disgusted.
