Walked into the station to buy a bottle of water, went over to the cashier to pay, i greeted him and was completely ignored as he carried on his conversation with his co worker. Once i had paid, insaid thank you, once again completely ignored. That is not service. I only use shell as i normaly get amazing service down in Morningside and Durban North. Pleade dont drop the standard of service as it only takes one bad worker to pull down the team

Staff are always very efficient and pleasant and despite being on a very busy corner, traffic moves quickly through the petrol station.
