Absolutely terrible!. Never have I had such a bad service in my life. They called to say I must collect my car. I asked if I must bring anything before I collect the car. The lady said "no". I went they said ok I must pay excess. I said its a company car I cant pay for it I need a Tax Invoice. Even if you email it, it will take 2-3 days to release. Lady spoke to the Manager Shawn, he said too bad.
Absolute disgrace, go somewhere rather where they actually treat you as a human, not an ATM.

Paint has imperfections, broken panels, missing parts. Two months waiting period on your vehicle. Hated it.

It's been 7 months not once did they contact my partner regarding his car parts we had to go there ourselves, when we got there Stil nothing they were quick to tell him he can drive his car all because they needed the courtesy vehicle we had and told another client there's a car avail to hire so we had to return the vehicle.

(urgent must read) Can't give less than 1 star. This place will make you wish your car was written off. Got my car back 4 times. Each time I had to send it back due to missing bolts on parts that were never damaged. Air filters on the car was missing when I got it back the accident was not even on the air filters side. 4 massive dents in a brand new panel. Note they gave my car back with a wheel alignment that caused the wheel nuts to break off.

Note my car took 5 months to get fixed.

I wish anyone that has the unfortunate event to end up at this place, the best of luck as your car will never be the same again.

Note you will probably want to double check your paint of orange peel as a 2 year old blind child will apply paint better

See photos for over spray and and poslided till your paint comes off as well as parts they refused the replace.

They will lose your Bolts and place bolts they forgot where to put back in your car for your to put in yourself
