If you want to find out what customer service and professionalism should look like, come visit this business. They set an example. The manager is hands on and does not sit in his office all day. He is willing to get his hands dirty so to speak and he sets an example. That is why I would recommend this business. They know how to talk to people and make you feel at home. Well done guys.

They are fast end efficient. And friendly!!
Different from most tyre places in that they are clean with a proper waiting area.
I would recomend them.
Reason for the 4 stars, is the price. May not be the cheapest.

Really excellent service from Tian, Lauren and the team at Hi Q Somerset West. Very welcoming atmosphere and great coffee when I had my tyres done a few weeks ago, and prompt service and updates when I left my car there today, while they hunted down the source of a knocking noise in the suspension. They kept me updated all along the way and there were no add-ons to the account I received for my back brakes at the end of it. The filter coffee is wonderful!. Will definitely continue to use them in the future. Very impressed.

Drove around looking for the Speedy Tyre fitment centre, couldn't find them so popped into the Hi-Q - very friendly and helpful staff, 'speedy' service, no waiting change my tires with a complimentary coffee in hand :-)
