If there was an option with more stars I would give this place a 10 star rating. From check in to check out the quality of service was impeccable. Graham went absolutely out of his way all the time to accommodate. Options of different rooms was superb and the place was extremely clean. Definitely one of the best breakfasts I've had in comparison to many other places I've stayed. If you ever need a place to stay in ladysmith forget the many others. This is the place to be and believe me I have stayed in many others. Kudos to Graham and team. Will definitely be back.

On short notice, Graham, Linda and the staff at Bullers rest really pulled out all the stops. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable with evening the I needed. Wifi is fast and reliable. the food, both dinner and breakfast was excellent. There is a lovely peaceful atmosphere about the place and the views over the town and up to the drakensberg are just gorgeous. As someone who travels a lot, I really appreciate the service and friendliness of the staff. The boer war pub is a gem and I enjoyed learning more about the fascinating history of the area. This is a special place to which I will always return when I'm in the area.

We travelled the N1 and N2 these holidays and this was the most surprisingly enjoyable spot.

Staff were pure class.

this place is terrible they treat you like a criminal. its a old age home because you cant make noise you have to be in bed by 10. we paid a lot of money but we did not pay to sleep .we paid to have a vacation and have a good time but we were told that we are not allowed to do so. I would not advise anyone to stay here unless you going there to pass away. we basically spent R 9000 THIS WEEKEND AT BULLERS REST for accommodation and in all honesty people don't spend 9000 to go away and sleep all we wanted was to have a braai and enjoy our time we not noisy people we don't get drunk and break things but we were treated like we were criminals. the manager basically will give you a bed time and you need to stick to that. this is last time I will ever consider bullers rest for accommodation.

Great bed and breakfast. Stayed here after a long drive from Kruger on the way to Durban. Had dinner and breakfast here. The Apple pie at dinner was amazing.

Great! Very nice chalets. Great breakfast. Friendly owners. Lovely view over the valley and the mountains beyond. Probably one of the best places in town, based on the feedback from chatting with locals.
