  I ordered a new pool pump, kreepy and all the fittings. Phoned the day before and confirmed everything is there.
  
  Then went the next day to collect it, only to be told they sold it to someone else. I drove 120km to your store for that order.
  
  There was no 'sorry sir, our fault' or let me get the manager. There was barely any staff willing to help at all. Mind you, help means something different where I come from.
  
  This app doesn't let me give 0 stars, but I feel thats what you deserve. Such a shame, such a nice location.

  Service is very poor, i have been there a few times and every time i'm running around looking for someone to help me, and when i do i am told i don't work in that department.. and sometimes i find some of the floor managers / employees and they all standing in corner having great time chatting to each other ignoring customers that are clearly looking for something specific.

  They are useless. Went to get a glass cut as a bird flew through a window at home. I was told that the guy who cuts boards cuts the glass and he was on lunch. This is a hour an a half before closing time. 1 person that can cut. They could not find him to ask if it was possible to cut the glass as he could have had other jobs. So i had to pay for something that no one could tell me if it could be done. I was not even allowed to buy the glass and cut it myself at home. How are these people still trading?

  This is a warehouse and they have everything builder's related that you may need. From floor to roofing materials to gardening This is my 1 stop for everything that has to do with the maintenance and upgrade of my home. Oh the stuff is very friendly and helpful. I give them all 5 stars.

  Wide range of building products. On appearance I went in with a 4 star rating. Unfortunately staff are lazy and unhelpful. I didn't come across one eager to help. Therefore I'm forced to drop them to a 2 star rating. Its almost an effort for them to speak to customers

  Worst Worst Worst Worst Worst Worst service ever!!! I have been there numerous times every time I had to beg for some staff to assist me and the answer is always "out of stock" Just looked for grout, seriously. Cant believe we waist our time to even go there.

  Fancy and Pricy. So I only visit if I have no options like on a Sunday. 10 out of 10 for convenience. Closes at 18h00 and open 7 days a week.

  A star of 1 is still being generous. it appears to be more important for staff to talk to one another than to assist. Even if it is apparent that one is clearly looking for a product, no proactive assistance is offered. Often, when a person is found, then it is like a traffic signal to just point in the general direction to the correct aisle. There are, however, exceptions to this rule. We have a practice to draw straws as to who will be required to go to the BWH as it is ALWAYS a dreadful experience. The service will be be much improved if an interactive digital board is at the disposal of the client to ascertain the correct aisles.

  Despite numerous complaints, prices on goods are wrong or not marked at all. Clearly management isn't doing it's job and don't check if their people are managing their shelves correctly.

  Usually hard to find someone to assist. Don't think you will pop in quickly to get something. They changed the layout around now things are all over the place.
