I last went to Bugz Playpark about 9 years ago for a birthday party. The improvement since then is remarkable. My almost 4 year old had the best morning ever. The petting animals are well maintained - in good health and clean. The staff on every ride or activity were kind and accommodating - my son HAD to go on the merry go round 7 times in a row. We had a quick snack also delicious and well prepared. Pack sunblock, swimming gear, a change of clothes and be prepared for a wonderful day of entertainment.

Paradise for kids and parents! There are so many play areas and activities to choose from, that you can't get to everything in one visit. There are benches and tables all over the park for your convenience. Also, coffee and food for the adults

Great place for the whole family. My 3 year old and 1 year old enjoyed every second of our visit to Bugz Playpark. The only challenge, besides trying to decide which jungle gym or ride to try first, is keeping track of your little ones.
Some handy tips: dress your kids in colorful clothing so they're easier to spot, and write your contact-details on their wrist-bands in case they end up at the info desk.
Definitely a must go, and the perfect place to host any kids party!

An amazing opportunity for the little ones to play on such a wide selection of ride and events. It does look a little run down and not much support or guidance from staff on the grounds. The petting area was brilliant and the staff inside this (pay extra) area were good at looking after the audience and pets. Most exciting spaces require additional payment. Will certainly be back!

Best for kids 3 years and up but my 2 year old still had fun in the free play area as he was too young for all the rides. Except the train. Kids under 2 won't really have much to do.

The upgrade did wonder to Bugz! My 4 year old as well as 13 year old enjoyed themselves. Well done Bugz and crew. I would recommend this place to anyone with kids. Your kids can play safe and sound.

Great for the kids. Lots to do for all ages up to about 10/11 then it becomes a little too small for them. Waterslides, pedal carts, horse rides were all good. The place is kept very clean. You can't bring your own food and drink and the variety is slim but they cover the basics. Cost of food is reasonable too. Best to buy the VIP pass, the kids will go on the rides over and over and it takes away the fuss of getting tokens. Staff are firm but gentle to avoid accidents and crowding of rides. All in all a good day out. Only thing that could be better is more seating near the rides for waiting parents and better food selection.

bugs play centre is an extremely awesome place to take the kids and have some great family fun. the kids are entertained from the moment you enter through the gates til the moment you have to drag them away kicking and screaming. The environment is safe, secured and very neat. great for kids parties too as they have special area for parties. definately a must visit and as for my family its a definate we will be back. #awesome

Very good place for smaller kids to play and have fun. My little one enjoyed himself thoroughly. I do think the staff could have provided better service to the patrons especially since it was not busy where all of their time was consumed elsewhere
